Orthodontic Clinical Assistant

$300 Signing Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Doctor during orthodontic treatments, adhering to state regulations.
  • Collect comprehensive records, including digital impressions, diagnostic x-rays, and photographs.
  • Instruct patients on effective oral hygiene practices with braces, aligners, or other devices.
  • Thoroughly document all pertinent information in compliance with Company policies.
  • Review patient files, medical histories, and treatment plans prior to procedures.
  • Efficiently execute chair-side tasks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and equipment.
  • Engage with patients and their families to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy.
  • Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and relevant events.
  • Assist in the creation of retainers, stints, and study models.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet Company objectives.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience: 1 year of Orthodontic Assisting

Language Proficiency: English/Spanish preferred

Travel Requirements: 25% preferred
