About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Account Director to lead marketing communications planning within our agency. As a key member of our team, you will champion work that transforms behaviors, people, or entire communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong partnerships with clients, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality work that is strategically sound, creatively driven, on time, and on budget.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and marketing objectives, including the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions and sell them to clients.
  • Guide and advise account supervisors on leading marketing communications planning within the agency.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and mentorship within the account management team and agency culture.
  • Identify opportunities to mentor and grow account management talent.
  • Review client budgets and work with account supervisors and client accountants to ensure profitability.
