Job Title: Director, Strategic Marketing

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Strategic Marketing to join our team at Creative Circle. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong background in B2B marketing and a passion for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual strategic marketing plans, including market research, marketing campaigns, and successful advertising and public relations efforts.
  • Craft key messaging and positioning for all branding initiatives for the assigned LOB.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, service line owners, and contracting experts to write content for sales collateral, How to Sell documents, presentations, case studies, web content, and sales training.
  • Assess LOB new market and/or customer segments and develop appropriate strategies and tactics to drive penetration.
  • Develop creative and strategic insights about customer needs through collaboration with other departments.
  • Lead market research: execute and interpret primary or secondary research to generate key strategic insights, assess market potentials, etc.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications.
  • Experience writing business copy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Background in healthcare, pharma, medical device sales, or GPO.
  • Highly professional individual able to present to C-suite and stakeholders.
