About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Director to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering strategic solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients at the Director, Vice President, and C-Suite levels, and manage escalations proactively.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of $2.5 to $5 million in revenue, collaborating with Sales Executives to create account plans and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience managing teams through all lifecycles of a project.
  • 7+ years of experience in the consulting industry, with experience growing accounts and delivering on projects.
  • Extensive experience in account management and client relationships, with a focus on revenue management and strategic growth.
