Strategic Accounts Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Accounts Director to lead our team in driving growth and revenue expansion across our largest and most strategic prospects and customers.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales goals, providing timely and accurate forecasts, and managing the pipeline of opportunities across the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling into complex environments and managing large-scale deals.

They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their sales plans and activities.

Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of DevOps software solutions and be able to connect that knowledge directly to customer needs and requirements.

Key responsibilities will include developing strategies with the sales team to coordinate cross-functional product offerings, managing customer expectations, and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a strong operational mindset, with the ability to drive tactical execution while balancing strategic vision.

They will also be a proactive and organized communicator, with a bias towards action and a willingness to travel when necessary.
