Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategic and tactical implementation and enhancement of Programmatic initiatives.
  • Establish strategies for campaign architecture, targeting, and other programmatic elements aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of Programmatic Media campaigns, including bid management, optimization, and weekly performance analysis across various platforms such as Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, and Native.
  • Communicate campaign strategies and updates to clients through regular calls and correspondence.
  • Lead a team of programmatic specialists, optimizing individual strengths and maximizing client outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance, recommending adjustments in spending or budget allocation, and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to ensure client objectives are met while managing daily campaign operations.
  • Contribute to high-impact projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and media partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for platform representatives, spearheading innovation, testing, learning roadmaps, and measurement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in digital media and programmatic, with a focus on strategy, planning, and buying, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and executing initiatives.
  • 3+ years of management experience in digital, with responsibilities for team leadership, training, and career development in both technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and engaging with executive-level clients.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-driven with a passion for learning new tools and technologies.
