Soliant Education is in search of a committed and enthusiastic Educational Support Specialist to provide assistance to high school students. This full-time, on-site role is dedicated to fostering academic and personal development among adolescents. Key Responsibilities:
- Support high school educators in implementing instructional strategies and managing classroom dynamics.
- Deliver individualized and small group assistance to students, particularly those with unique learning needs.
- Assist students with their academic responsibilities, including assignments and organizational skills.
- Track student behavior and academic performance, offering constructive feedback to educators and families as necessary.
- Promote a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere that encourages student participation and achievement.
