Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of Generative AI applications by crafting specific context-aware prompts for health insurance related topics.
- Collaborate with domain experts to ensure prompts align with industry standards and regulations to ensure that the AI-generated content is accurate, free from bias, and compliant.
- Work closely with business partners, product managers, and data scientists to ensure that the AI-generated content meets quality standards and serves its intended purpose.
- Optimize prompt quality and performance by analyzing the effectiveness of existing prompts and refining them to enhance AI model performance.
- Stay current with AI advancements to leverage cutting-edge techniques and adapt your prompts to new language models and algorithms.
- Support on-going monitoring, tracking, and testing of Generative AI applications including pilots and production deployments.
- Provide guidance and training to users of Generative AI applications on best practices for creating effective prompts.
- Document best practices for prompt design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree where required
- 5+ Years of Experience
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years experience
Salary Range
$100,000 - $182,700.00
