Position Overview:
As a Client Service Associate within the Surety sector, you will play a vital role in our account management teams, ensuring the delivery of outstanding consulting, placement, and advocacy services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing the daily servicing of Surety clients.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with client decision-makers.
  • Executing deliverables in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Performing various administrative tasks essential for client support.

Specific Duties:
These responsibilities encompass:

  • Issuing Surety bonds based on client instructions.
  • Interpreting bond request information accurately.
  • Entering data from bond requests into the issuing system with precision.
  • Processing renewals, cancellations, and riders.
  • Assisting in resolving client and carrier accounting discrepancies.
  • Preparing and submitting billing information.
  • Reporting bonds to carriers and managing associated documentation.
  • Drafting written correspondence, reports, and analyses for management review.
  • Engaging in effective communication with clients, client managers, and team members.
  • Participating in both internal and external meetings.
  • Upholding client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong customer service, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • 0-2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in account servicing, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Surety and experience in an insurance brokerage environment is a plus.
  • Experience with Epic and Sure Path software is beneficial.
