Client Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As a Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch client support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the intake, screening, and processing of client information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, including correspondence and reports.
- Proofread and quality assure documents to ensure compliance with advisor and broker/dealer criteria.
- Track and follow up on outstanding transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
- Stay up-to-date on client meetings, activities, and priorities, providing proactive support and coordination.
- Coordinate the advisor's calendar, blocking time and scheduling commitments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Strong computer desktop skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Commonwealth CRM.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Exceptional customer service experience, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
