Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Associate to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our advisors in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake, screen, and process client information, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Track pending business paperwork, follow up on outstanding transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate advisor calendars, blocking time and coordinating commitments with the team.
  • Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on advisor priorities and projects.
Requirements
  • BA or BS preferred, but not required.
  • Industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong computer desktop skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Commonwealth CRM.
  • Technology-forward and able to learn quickly.
  • Admin support with day-to-day advisor schedules.
  • Account opening and maintenance.
  • Generate reports, such as position statements, for advisor meetings with clients.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets concerning client accounts and asset allocation.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional customer service experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate job stability and career progression.
