Client Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Intake, screen, and process client information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, including correspondence and reports.
- Proofread and quality assure work to ensure compliance with advisor and broker/dealer criteria.
- Track and follow up on pending business paperwork and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including client meeting notes and activity updates.
- Coordinate advisor calendars and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong computer desktop skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Commonwealth CRM.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
