Key Responsibilities
  • Intake, screen, and process client information, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, including correspondence and reports.
  • Utilize quality assurance skills to ensure work meets advisor and broker/dealer criteria.
  • Track pending business paperwork and follow up on outstanding transactions.
  • Coordinate advisor calendars, blocking time and coordinating commitments with the team.
Requirements
  • BA or BS preferred, but not required.
  • Industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong computer desktop skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Commonwealth CRM.
  • Technology-forward and admin support with day-to-day advisor schedules.
  • Account opening and generating reports for advisor meetings.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets concerning client accounts and asset allocation.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional customer service experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated job stability and career progression.
