We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our advisors, ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Intake, screen, and process client information, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, including correspondence and reports.
- Utilize quality assurance skills to ensure work meets advisor and broker/dealer criteria.
- Track pending business paperwork and follow up on outstanding transactions.
- Coordinate advisor calendars, blocking time and coordinating commitments with the team.
- BA or BS preferred, but not required.
- Industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong computer desktop skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Commonwealth CRM.
- Technology-forward and admin support with day-to-day advisor schedules.
- Account opening and generating reports for advisor meetings.
- Update Excel spreadsheets concerning client accounts and asset allocation.
- High attention to detail and exceptional customer service experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated job stability and career progression.
