Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Office Clerk at Hi-Rel Plastics & Molding Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders, work orders, and invoices.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reconciliations and payments.
  • Perform HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with safety training and compliance initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing-type business office work.
  • Proficiency in Windows computer, Microsoft Office software, and accounting software like QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of AP, AR, MRB, purchase orders, work orders, packing slips, and invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • English proficiency is required.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
