Key Responsibilities- Front Office Operations: Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Patient Communication: Provide excellent customer service, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, process payments, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental professionals and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Pay: $16.00-$21.50 per hour.
