As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging leads, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings with our business development team members.
This is a high-energy, outcomes-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, a results-driven focus, and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients. You will work closely with our Director of Demand Generation to execute campaign initiatives and help us extend our reach, driving real change for businesses and their employees by connecting HR, DEI, and L&D leaders with our transformative solutions.
