About the Role

Inizio Engage is a leading commercial and creative engagement partner in the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Neuro Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team and represent a top biotechnology company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales in assigned territory and engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans to maximize overall effectiveness and impact.
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments.
  • Understand and leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
  • Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value proposition for relevant patient populations.
  • Collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance our objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of sales or marketing success, strong territory management skills, outstanding communications skills, teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability.
  • Experience with applicable disease states (Migraine), therapeutic area, and products.
  • Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
  • Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territory.
