Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving company success.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with training and development of new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Front Desk or guest services role, with a focus on leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service and driving company success.
