Job Summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising front desk staff, and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient hotel operations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including guest information and hotel operations data.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and hotel staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles.
