Strat Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Strat Front Desk Representative to join our team at Golden Route Operations. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Process guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience
• Promote the property and its amenities, providing guests with information on current promotions and services
• Assign rooms to guests in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
• Manage cash flow and perform account postings with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards and policies
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Working Conditions:
