Ecosystem Development and Go-to-Market Expert

With prominent clients such as Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens, we're looking for an experienced professional to join our Partnerships team and enhance our partnerships, alliances, and go-to-market strategies.
The Position
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and maintain strategic partnerships, driving business growth and expanding our ecosystem of partners. As a member of our Partnerships team, you'll collaborate closely with our Head of Partnerships and other cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on valuable partnership opportunities. Based in New York or San Francisco, this position allows you to make a significant impact on our company's revenue streams and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop partnerships that align with our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both Watershed and our partners.
* Lead the partnership process from start to finish, including negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of partnership agreements and partner relationships.
* Drive sales pipeline growth through effective partnership development and maintenance, tracking key performance indicators to measure success.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Product, Data, and Sales/Customer Success teams, to identify and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities and inform our company's revenue strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Significant experience in Business Development and Partnerships, with a focus on ecosystem partnerships and similar environments.
* Proven ability to design and implement successful partner programs, leveraging deep knowledge of revenue structures and incentives.
* Experience in co-branding and co-marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition and growth, along with a passion for collaboration across product, marketing, data, and customer teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $191,790-$289,100 USD, depending on your skills, location, and experience.
