About the Job

You are:

A skilled Ecosystem Manager with excellent communication skills, ready to take on the challenge of leading our ecosystem projects' success on Plume. You'll work closely with our Business Development team, gaining hands-on experience in relationship-building, market expansion, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Success: Build strong relationships with ecosystem projects, ensuring their continued success on Plume.
  2. Ecosystem Onboarding: Guide new ecosystem projects through the onboarding process, providing expert knowledge on Plume's ecosystem, features, and best practices.
  3. Account Health: Proactively monitor ecosystem project health using a balanced approach of analytics and high-touch conversations.
  4. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to drive business results for ecosystem projects, addressing technical, product, or co-marketing opportunities.
  5. Education and Engagement: Develop educational resources, host webinars, and conduct training sessions to ensure ecosystem projects are fully informed and utilizing Plume's ecosystem effectively.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of ecosystem project interactions, issues, and feedback, documenting all relevant information in the CRM.

In the first month, you should familiarize yourself with our brand, ecosystem, and marketing strategies. Within three months, you should possess a deep understanding of marketing strategies, be fully integrated into our processes, and lead key initiatives driving significant engagement and growth within the Plume ecosystem.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably within crypto.
  • Crypto Enthusiasm: Passion for crypto, either through work experience or participating in crypto communities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex customer issues, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Data Analysis: Experience using data to monitor customer health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging with customers at all levels.
  • Organization: Highly organized, managing multiple accounts, and proactive in driving customer success.
What to Expect
  • Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 annually, based on experience.
