About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at PR Management Corp in Cambridge, MA. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements:

  • Age 16 or older
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
