We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our Assurance practice within the Private Client Services sector. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's operations, ensuring the completion of assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Engage in SSARS-related projects, including compilations and reviewed financial statements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients while maintaining connections with firm leadership.
  • Oversee projects to guarantee quality and timeliness.
  • Effectively manage multiple engagements within a team setting while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding client services.
  • Conduct research and provide consultation on various accounting issues, including the preparation of technical memos or responses to inquiries as needed.
  • Lead and mentor associates and seniors, ensuring their ongoing development.
  • Manage engagements, including budgeting, billing, and overall engagement economics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in assurance.
  • CPA certification.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP for financial reporting and other comprehensive bases of accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
