Position Overview:
EisnerAmper is on the lookout for a Senior Associate to enhance our Real Estate Audit division, with the flexibility to operate from various office locations.

We seek an individual who excels in a dynamic setting and delivers outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engagement budgets

- Manage client engagements, including pre-audit planning

- Evaluate client accounting practices, operational procedures, and internal control systems

- Execute audit tests to ensure accurate representation of client financial statements

- Document workpapers and create accounting worksheets

- Conduct research on technical matters

- Review workpapers and programs prepared by staff

- Identify challenges and recommend suitable solutions

- Keep management informed about the status of assignments

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely and efficient audit completion

- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff during engagements

- Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is mandatory

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in audit and/or assurance

- Familiarity with real estate clientele is essential

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA certification or progress towards completion

- A Master's degree in Accounting or a related field

Preferred Location:
New York

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $67,840 and $126,800. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
