We are looking for a Senior Audit Consultant to enhance our Real Estate Audit team, with the flexibility to work from various locations.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets for each audit engagement
- Manage client audit engagements, including preliminary planning
- Evaluate client accounting practices, operational procedures, and internal control systems
- Conduct audit procedures to ensure accurate representation of financial statements
- Document findings and create accounting worksheets
- Perform research on relevant technical matters
- Review workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedback
- Identify challenges and recommend suitable solutions
- Keep management informed about engagement progress
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure timely completion of audits
- Mentor and supervise junior staff during engagements
- Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit or assurance services
- Experience working with real estate clients is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA certification or progress towards completion
- Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
