Position Overview:
As a Clinical Quality Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical documentation and processes. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough audits of electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with established standards.
2. Utilize your knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical terminology to assess documentation accuracy.
3. Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to address audit findings and recommendations.
4. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical practices.
5. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all audit activities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical EHR environments.
- Valid LVN, LPN, or RN license required.
- Certification as a Certified Medical Coder (CPC) is preferred based on experience and competency evaluation.

Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
