· Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues across departments.
· Manage guest check-ins and check-outs according to property standards.
· Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messages.
· Responsible for cash handling, processing charges, and balancing transactions at the end of shifts.
· Assist guests with inquiries about the hotel, local attractions, and services available.
· Take ownership of guest service issues and resolve them promptly.
· Complete necessary reports and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.

Safety and Compliance:
· Understand and implement fire and safety procedures, providing assistance during emergencies.
· Participate in departmental meetings and company events as required.
