The Opportunity:

LVMH Group is in search of a dynamic and seasoned Director of Brand Marketing to spearhead our haircare and hair tools category. This position is crucial in enhancing retailer preference and overseeing a team of marketers dedicated to our key brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute category strategies while managing the brand to ensure the development of impactful brand and product launch campaigns in collaboration with other departments utilizing relevant retailer strategies (social media, sampling, co-op, and brand partnerships).
  • Work closely with the Vice President to improve brand management efforts across annual planning, webinar coordination, brand development, and co-op initiatives.
  • Lead a team of 4, comprising 3 full-time employees and 1 contractor.
  • Oversee category management, brand stewardship, sampling initiatives, and team leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 10+ years of experience at a Director+ level in brand management/marketing within a consumer-oriented business, digital content publisher, or digital agency.
  • Demonstrated experience in a brand-facing role at LVMH Group is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities with the capacity to foresee challenges and propose alternative solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Creative self-starter with a positive outlook and a proactive mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead, cultivate relationships, and collaborate effectively within a highly cross-functional team.
  • Passion for LVMH Group, our initiatives, clients, store associates, and marketing efforts.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary – anticipate 5-6 weeklong trips annually.

The annual base salary range for this position is $142,000 - $190,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the role, as well as the geographic location in which the applicant resides and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals in this position may also be eligible for bonuses.
