Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, including HCP offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies
- Deliver approved information and messaging to target accounts
- Complete administrative duties as required
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience in eye care is required; Ophthalmology sales experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and drive territory business plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
