Lead Financial Strategist
As a Lead Financial Strategist at Rithum, you will be instrumental in enhancing company value and performance through strategic alliances.
Working closely with leaders across various levels, you will apply your analytical skills to report on essential financial and operational performance metrics.
Acting as the primary financial consultant for multiple functions and departments, you will navigate them through intricate financial landscapes and align their objectives with the overarching company strategy.
Your insights will shape the financial narrative of the organization, encompassing detailed data analysis and high-level financial planning, thereby supporting decision-making processes that drive the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a financial business partner to functional leaders within the organization.
- Oversee revenue forecasting across various business segments.
- Perform financial and data analysis, delivering timely reports with insightful commentary.
- Track KPIs and assist in achieving organizational objectives through data-driven decision support.
- Collaborate on the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
- Analyze departmental and consolidated financial performance reports, conducting thorough research and analysis of variances.
- Support the company's planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.
- Work with business and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and align key business drivers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or Investment Banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- 5+ years of financial experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a SaaS/E-commerce context.
- Strong collaboration and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or an MBA.
- Familiarity with financial tools such as NetSuite.
- Experience supporting C-suite level stakeholders in a SaaS organization.
