We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at Vancouver Clinic. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information.
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule appointments and referrals as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills.
