Job Summary: Vancouver Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional support to our patients and staff in our Urgent Care department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients and their families, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
- Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and referrals, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Experience with Epic preferred.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
- Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
Benefits:
