Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet patients and their families, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
  • Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments and referrals, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Experience with Epic preferred.
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
