We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. This is a home-based position that requires travel to and from medical offices throughout the State of Massachusetts.
Job Summary:The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and carrying out marketing activities targeted toward existing and new referral sources. This includes generating referrals by building relationships with physicians, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and other community resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies that include the effective use of social media and traditional media.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential referral sources and the community at large in assigned service areas.
- Conduct and track data for marketing telephone campaigns to advise resources that KFS ABA is available in their area.
- Perform market research and discuss adjustments to marketing strategy with Executive Director that meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Represent the Company in the Community to promote the KFS ABA brand.
- Develop and maintain an accurate and current database(s) of industry contacts for mailings.
- Bachelor's Degree in management, business administration.
- 1+ year's experience in a related position.
- Excellent time management, communications, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking and organization skills.
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, recordkeeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
