Commercial Insurance Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Associate Account Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and develop skills across all lines of insurance, including Property, Casualty, and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day needs of an assigned book of commercial accounts, including policy changes, invoicing, and coverage review.
- Assist Account Executives with the preparation and management of client renewals.
- Support the marketing submission process, including creating and updating submission files in Image Right, collecting, and formatting applications, and preparing loss summaries.
- Participate in client renewal strategy meetings and assist in compiling analytics, benchmarking data, and market condition summaries.
- Prepare and send renewal documents, proposals, and binders, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
- Manage policy delivery and review, including creating policy form letters, updating schedules of insurance, and requesting necessary endorsements.
- Support the client billing setup and ensure the issuance of invoices, premium finance agreements, and updated Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with insurance management software.
