Job Title: Senior Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Manager to join our team at Demant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions and people that support our remote sales offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage a dispersed/remote team of 15-20 direct reports comprised of Administrative Sales Support, Service Support, and Team Leads.
  • Manage the team, processes, and measurements to assure an elevated level of customer service is delivered to internal and external customers.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new employees.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1 sessions to assure individuals and team are meeting established KPIs.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to take charge of situations and make decisions.

  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma required; bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
  • At least 3 years of experience supervising and or managing a team.
  • At least 1 year of Experience with ERP Systems and Salesforce.
  • Experience training and onboarding new employees.
  • Experience developing onboarding, training, and SOP materials.
  • Proven history to interact with a wide range of teams effectively and professionally, including Regional Sales Managers, IT and Leadership Team.
Travel:

This position is subject up to travel up to 15% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
