Position Summary:

The Marketplace Health Specialist II plays a crucial role in supporting Netrush's mid- and top-tier brands. This position is tasked with addressing brands' Catalog, Customer Service, and Account Health requirements across various marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Responsibilities extend beyond product-level concerns to encompass account-level issues, which include monitoring Account Health metrics such as late shipment rates and valid tracking rates. The specialist will also oversee multiple email accounts to track alerts and issues that may not be reported through internal channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing monitoring and support for tier 1 and 2 brands
  • Identification and removal of duplicate listings
  • Assistance with external marketplaces, including EU and Walmart
  • Updating and assigning services at the product level within the platform
  • Proficient in escalating cases using SAS Self Serve tools
  • Monitoring Account Health Dashboard for assigned brands
  • Collecting and maintaining compliance documentation for assigned brands
  • Overseeing customer service inboxes and communication channels
  • Training team members on established tasks and functions

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Account Health management
  • Minimum one year of experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite
  • Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
