Communications Solutions Sales Role

This Communications Solutions Sales role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for sales and are looking to build a career in the telecommunications industry. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.

Primary services include coax delivered Internet, video, and voice, while ancillary services include custom hosting, desktop security, data back-up, data storage, toll-free, additional email addresses, static IPs, and more. You will achieve sales and revenue goals through successful prospecting for new customers as well as the successful sale of bundled services to new customers.

About the Job:

This role requires a high level of sales and marketing knowledge, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks to meet sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within your assigned territory.
  • Generate all sales leads through various prospecting tactics.
  • Work with Account Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely submission of sales orders, contracts, billing forms, and sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of communications technologies and services.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

The estimated salary for this position is between $47,800.00 and $94,900.00, with a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
