Position Summary
The Marketing Support Specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for various sales and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accurate information distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support during events, including setup and program execution.
  • Manage databases effectively.
  • Coordinate content for marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitate field marketing requests and activities.
  • Adhere to budgets and guidelines.
  • Assist in creating presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field managers.
  • Collaborate with vendors and agencies.
  • Prepare marketing reports through data collection and analysis.
  • Oversee promotional inventory and fulfillment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of prior marketing experience.
  • Interest or background in hospitality or food services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and CMS platforms is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and potential travel.
