Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for various sales and marketing functions. Your role will require:
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Accurate dissemination of relevant information to internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong client engagement abilities, particularly in presentations and marketing strategies.

Additional Duties:
Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Providing hands-on support during events, including setup and program execution.
  • Managing databases to ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinating content for marketing initiatives and field marketing requests.

Job Summary:
This role involves providing administrative support for food service programs, including:
  • Handling phone inquiries professionally.
  • Maintaining confidential personnel records.

  • Supporting staffing needs during short notice absences.
  • Maintaining accurate records related to student meal eligibility.

Financial Responsibilities:
Additional duties include:
  • Entering weekly sales and meal counts into the system.
  • Reconciling daily bank deposits.
  • Processing vendor invoices and ensuring accuracy.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and state claims for reimbursement.
