Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Client Support Specialist:

  • Initiate and direct marketing research to identify trends, industry demands, and customer preferences, optimizing product and service planning, developing target markets, and proposing business development strategies.
  • Contribute to the formulation of business strategies.
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure comprehensive understanding of communication goals.
  • Build brand loyalty among consumers, franchisees, and employees to maintain the organization's unique position in the market.
  • Enhance existing customer and market data to expand the customer base, increase repeat business, minimize customer attrition, and promote cross-marketing across all channels.

Qualifications for the Corporate Client Support Specialist:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or sales environment.
  • Exceptional public speaking abilities.
  • Must be able to commute to the office regularly.
