Role Summary

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and organization of student records, ensuring accuracy and compliance while fostering a supportive environment for student growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to integrity protocols and procedures to maintain the accuracy of student data.
  • Conduct interviews, recommend hires, and evaluate the performance of Records Department staff.
  • Ensure the integrity of all student-related actions and performance outcomes.
  • Supervise the Student Records function through effective planning, scheduling, and training.
  • Provide training to Records Clerks and other staff on maintaining and completing student records in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform statistical analyses of student records data to support program effectiveness.
  • Administer compliance with database management programs and serve as a backup contact.
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of student records for reporting purposes.
  • Assist students with inquiries related to allowances, schedules, and transportation.
  • Monitor compliance with privacy regulations and assist in developing center policies.
  • Act as the Center's Accountability Officer, overseeing student attendance and documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to students and staff.
  • Motivate and guide staff to achieve their responsibilities and develop professionally.
  • Provide training for new and existing employees to enhance their skills.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and recognize staff achievements.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure comprehensive student services.
  • Accept guidance from management and assist in various departmental responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited institution is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in records management or administrative support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly spreadsheets and word processing.
