Job Summary

As a Student Services Specialist in the Admissions and Records department, you will provide comprehensive support to new and continuing students in a fast-paced, high-energy One Stop Enrollment Center. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse population will be essential in resolving situations and challenges related to Admissions, Registration, Records, Financial Aid, and Payments. You will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-person and virtual student services with a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and quick response time
Communicate and correspond with new and continuing students to resolve situations and challenges related to Admissions, Registration, Records, Financial Aid, and Payments
Enter and maintain student-related information in various customer/student management software tools and other related systems
Provide support to Enrollment Services leadership and team members through various tasks, projects, and data collection

Requirements

Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution, and one full-time equivalent year of student services or college teaching experience or experience assisting with educational program development and coordination, student advisement, financial aid, or related student development programs
High School Diploma/GED and three full-time equivalent years of student services or college teaching experience or experience assisting with educational program development and coordination, student advisement, financial aid, or related student development programs
