About the Position

The Speech and Language Pathologist will be working under the supervision of the Special Services Administrator and will be responsible for providing direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies for supporting students with communication disorders.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on topics related to speech and language development.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • New Mexico Public Education Licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience level, as well as comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
