About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist to join our team in California. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work with students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, ensuring individualized support for each student's unique needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure seamless progress and optimal outcomes for students.
  • Regularly monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to maximize results.
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing valuable insights and expertise to inform student goals and progress.
  • Stay abreast of the latest best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in student outcomes.
