**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced American Sign Language Specialist to join our team at the Department of Mental Health in Los Angeles County. As an American Sign Language Specialist, you will provide interpretation services to clients, consumers, family members, community stakeholders, and employees within the department.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interpreting American Sign Language, including experience working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. You will also be required to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interpret complex conversations with precision and accuracy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
