About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior R&D Leader to join our team at Dow. As a key member of our Research and Development organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of technologists and scientists in the development of innovative solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 15 research employees in the development of new technologies and products.
  • Develop and implement research project portfolios and technology platforms to support innovation targets for the business.
  • Network and collaborate with other business and technical groups within Dow to generate and exploit new ideas and opportunities.
  • Manage and drive intellectual property development and implementation.
  • Promote pilot plant and lab safety best practices and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Prior people leadership experience.
