Pastry Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at D&D London Ltd. in Bristol. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing the pastry section, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation, and working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pastry section, including ordering and inventory management
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus
  • Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with the senior kitchen team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie
  • Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and quality
