FSQA Director

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional to lead our Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs. This Senior Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products, while adhering to all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and leadership for all corporate FSQA programs and systems.Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive FSQA plans, programs, and documentation.Serve as a subject matter expert for food safety, regulations, and quality systems.Lead, manage, and coach a team of FSQA professionals.Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, R&D) to maintain a strong food safety culture.Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies.Foster a collaborative environment to address and resolve FSQA issues.Qualifications:Master's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.HACCP certified and completion of relevant regulatory training (Specify relevant training names).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing management role, with experience in managing FSQA programs.In-depth knowledge of relevant FSQA principles and regulations.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Information:The work environment includes both office and production settings.The position requires physical ability to perform various tasks (Specify physical demands).
