  • Facility Management: Act as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and requests from staff members, ensuring a timely and effective response to address any issues or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and assess the need for supplies, including cleaning materials and office essentials. Report inventory levels to the supervisor to ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages.
  • Safety and Security: Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Identify potential hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  • Food and Beverage Management: Manage the ordering, receiving, and inventory of food and beverages for the office. Ensure proper storage and handling of all items to maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management in a corporate setting.
